The FACTS
We are moving from a Command and Control, to a Conversation and Collaborative
paradigm. Today the environment is Multi-Cultural, Multi-Issues, Multi-Stakeholders, MultiMedia with implications for Reputation, Relationships, Responsibility and TRUST.
In the changing world dynamics of the 21st century, boosted by the information technology,
a company must listen to stakeholders rather than shareholders. It has to adapt to the
expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
Power is shifting towards those concepts with Authority, certain psychological and political
skills, contextual intelligence and an ability to Listen and Engage, Social Capital has
become vital currency, such as capital requiring networking and integrated external
engagement through Social Responsibility
There is now an interrelationship between Ethical Corporate Governance, Stakeholders
Engagement and Reputational Values.
The company strategy should be informed through Authentic Communication that allows
business to create real economic value, to be more innovative, protect itself from risk and to
become more resilient rather than fighting to overcome crises.
We discuss the ANSWERS
The 2014 IPRS will provide global views of strategic communication significant
function worldwide in enriching discussion by top executives, business leaders, world
