WMEA/VITERBO UNIVERSITY GRADUATE CREDIT VALIDATION FORM This form will document your attendance at the 2014 Wisconsin State Music Conference to receive one (1) graduate credit through Viterbo University. Please indicate and report on your attendance at the various events of the conference. The form is divided into sections based on performances, workshops, and other sessions for each day. There is also a section to record your impressions of the exhibits, as well as any other events you attend while at the conference. You do not need to complete every section, but the sections you complete must reflect attendance at two full days or equivalent of conference activities. Please note that Wednesday, Saturday, and evening sessions, including the WSMA Honors concerts, can all be included in your session attendance. Please address the following in each of your responses: • Describe the ways in which you will apply what you have learned during the conference.
