A cooking class for 4-H and non 4-H youth ages 8 to 12! Each week,
you’ll learn a new cooking technique, practice your measuring skills
and prepare something you can take home. Class size is limited. To

an existing 4-H club in order to participate.) Discover how to make
homemade body products and learn different relaxation techniques
to simulate a day at the spa. Class size is limited to 10 youth. Call the

bacteria that causes food borne illnesses along with the safest way to

Forest Laws for Municipal Officials
8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. @ Community Building - 308 Rte. 4, Enfield
A workshop for town staff and volunteers on forest laws that’s inside
and in the field. Please come prepared to spend the afternoon

Essential Farm Accounting

Financial record keeping can challenge farmers and farm
managers who have little formal training. Many farm
businesses fail to properly record and use financial information
for making crucial decisions. This session, for beginners and
intermediates, will help you spot and avoid errors by learning
accounting concepts and practices. You will also understand
which reports tell you if the business is profitable and growing.

IRS record keeping requirements and tax reporting rules. Learn
applicable agricultural income tax laws and the tax implications
of your business decisions. Bring your tax questions for the
