Exhibitors and assembly companies must absolutely adhere to the operational and
security instructions valid on the premises of INCHEBA Expo Praha, spol. s r.o. that
are the part of application form and also stated on the web pages at
http://en.cannafest.cz/for-exhibitors/safety-rules/
1) EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION, INVOICE PAYMENT
Upon arrival at the Exhibition Grounds, exhibitors are asked to register at the
Registration Centre located in the foyer by the entrance, on the information
stand of Cannafest, marked as Cannafest Info in the Exhibition plan, which is
going to be stated on the web pages in section For visitors – List of exhibitors.

All issued invoices must be paid before the event!
As our records of your payments may not be complete, we would like to ask you that
you have copies of documents confirming that you have paid the relevant
amounts on you (bank account statement) – we may ask you for their submission.
If your stand is assembled by another company, such company must submit copies
of these documents during the registration process.
If all the relevant amounts have been duly paid, you will receive the following:
 Assembler’s Cards valid during the period of assembly and disassembly – 5
pieces.
 Exhibitor’s Cards based on the size of the display.
 Parking cards – (a limited number of additional parking cards can be bought
on the entrance gate). The card allows parking in the upper part of the
Exhibition Grounds in a place based on the instructions of the entrance gate
staff and are valid for one day.
 Exhibition catalogue – 1 piece.
 Invitation for for the gala evening that will be held on 07th November 2014
from 8 p.m. on the Exhibition Grounds – Hall Křižík B.
2) LATE ORDERS
Late orders made directly at the Exhibition Grounds is possible to make in the
Registration Centre (Cannafest Info stand) and will be invoiced straight after the
show with the additional surcharge 15%.
3) EXHIBITOR'S CARDS
After having been registered, you will obtain Exhibitor’s cards, a catalogue, invitations
and other materials for exhibitors.
You will obtain Exhibitor’s and Assembler’s Cards as follows (according to the size of
the exhibition space):

4) ASSEMBLY OF THE STANDS
Exhibitors assembling their stand themselves can begin with the installation of the
displays from Wednesday, 05th November 2014 as follows:

The stands assembled by Cannafest will be available for the exhibitors to be taken
over and ready for installation of the exhibits on:

Please note: Assembly companies are strictly prohibited to cut and sand
particleboards and similar materials in the exhibition halls.
5) DISASSEMBLY OF THE STANDS
Sunday

(Please inform your assembly company that before 6 p.m. nobody will be allowed
to enter the exhibition area based on an Assembler’s Card and that disassembly
will be allowed only after this time, i.e. 6 p.m.)

We request that all exhibitors having their display installed by Cannafest remove their
equipment and exhibits from the displays already on 09th November 2014 after 6
p.m., so that the stands can be disassembled from 09th November 2014 700 p.m. till
10th November 2014 12 p.m.
6) SYSTEM FOR DRIVING ONTO THE PRAGUE EXHIBITION GROUNDS
INCHEBA
A new entry system consisting of parking tickets and a payment machine (just
like at airports and parking lots) has been installed at the Exhibition Grounds since
January 20, 2011. This system replaces the old system of collecting a deposit of
200.- CZK / chip card and paying at the exit gate.
The right entry gate to the Exhibition Grounds (za Elektrárnou Street) is
designated for cars that do not have a chip card. This is the only place where a
machine is located that dispenses a ticket for drivers, on the basis of which they drive
smoothly onto the premises.
The payment machine (prints tickets with a bar code that is scanned at the exit
gate) is located in front of the entrance to the swimming pool.
The left entry gate to the Exhibition Grounds (za Elektrárnou Street) is
designated only for cars that already have printed parking cards with a bar code and
for cars with a yearly parking card.

By the right entry gate, the driver prints out a parking ticket and smoothly drives onto
the premises.

For supply vehicles (DHL, PPL, materials delivery), first 45 minutes are free and then
the price are based on the Price List.
During the disassembly the entry is free of charge, ask for the entrance tickets by the
organizer during the registration or during the show.
Please inform your assembly company of the assembly and disassembly rules
and the LOCATION OF THE REGISTRATION OFFICE.
7) WASTE DISPOSAL
In relation to assembly and disassembly, we would like to remind the exhibitors
whose stands are not assembled by Cannafest that it is the responsibility of
assembly companies to secure the removal of assembly waste and bulky
wrapping materials. Unfortunately it is impossible to continue in tolerating the
situation when assembly companies fill the waste cans provided for common waste
with bulky assembly waste and wrapping materials. In case you want to have a waste

8) FORWARDING AND HANDLING SERVICES
The forwarding and handling service means:
Unloading of your truck, storage, bringing of your load to your stand, storage of the
free pallets and packaging, bringing of your free pallets and packaging back to your
stand, loading of your stuff to the truck.
Forwarding and handling services for the exhibitors are provided by Beck Spedition.
The office of the company is located inside the middle hall – back side, right doors.

Forwarding services during assembly/disassembly till the load of 2.000kg are free of
charge to all registered exhibitors. Loads exceeding this weight will be charged 15
EUR/additional 100kg.
It is possible to send your shipment few weeks in advance. The shipment will be
stored and the forwarder will bring the shipment straight to your stand during
assembly. This service is for free.
9) ACCOMMODATION
As far as accommodation is concerned, we recommend to order the accommodation
for special discounted prices from our web pages at:

10) PROTECTION OF PROPERTY
Starting with the first assembly day and ending with the last disassembly day the
protection of property against stealing is secured if possible by the organizer and the
security service. After closing down the exhibition area after 8 00 p.m. (during the
course of the fair) or after 1000 p.m. (on days when assembly and disassembly take
place), the security of the exhibition hall will be provided on electronic basis.
There is also a camera system installed in the hall. However, the organizer of the fair
is not liable for losses caused by third persons during the course of the fair and on
the days of assembly and disassembly. For that reason, exhibitors are obliged to take
out their own insurance for the purpose of protection of property.
11) INTERNET CONNECTION
There is a WI-FI Internet connection free of charge. No password is required. For
more information, please ask at the Cannafest Info stand in the Foyer by the
entrance.
12) TRANSPORT TO THE EXHIBITION GROUNDS

if taking the tube, go to„Nádraží Holešovice“ station (line C – red) and further
take tram Nr. 5, 12, 14 or 17 for one station (get off at the stop „Výstaviště“)

if going from Prague’s centre take tram Nr. 5, 12, 14 or 17 (get off at the stop
„Výstaviště“)

if going by car take the North-South Highway from Brno, keep going
straightforward (direction Holešovice) and you will come just to the Prague Exhibition
Grounds (the place you will come at is signed with a motorway sign on the plan). It is
possible to park in the surrounding area of the Exhibition Grounds as well as in the
neighbouring streets.
 Important notice concerning arrival to and departure from the Exhibition
Grounds.
When arriving along the U výstaviště street, there are new traffic signs at the
crossroad at the Sparta sports arena – no left turn. Please use the Bubenecká street
when travelling to the Exhibition Grounds.
When leaving the Exhibition Grounds, there are new traffic signs at the crossroad at
the Sparta sports arena – no left turn to the Partyzánská street.
13) IMPORTANT NOTICE – ADVERTISEMENT DURING THE SHOW
All promotional activities outside the exhibitor´s stand (posters, banners, stickers etc.) must
be enabled by the organizer, hostesses working outside the exhibitor´s stand must wear the
permission which is available by the Cannafest info for the amount of 100 EUR/fair. All
unconfirmed advertisements will be removed.
