HR INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) SPECIALIST FULL-TIME POSITION- WEST VANCOUVER Provides specialized expertise to support the delivery of HRIS services and all related system upgrades, enhancements, implementation of modules, testing, maintenance, auditing, procedural development, user support, reporting, and other system-based activities in support of all HR functions. Participates in collaborative information sharing, problem solving, and decision-making with other HR specialists; and delivers specialized expertise to support HR Consultants in the effective implementation of HR plans and initiatives in a seamless service delivery model for client groups across FNHA. Reports to the Manager Program Development. Qualifications & Competencies: The requirements for this role would typically be acquired through a degree in business systems or a related discipline, and 4 to 6 years of experience in HR systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
