solution, with interactive data, Broadband IP, public & corporate telephony
and video running on a single VSAT platform. Relying on the DVB standard,
and with extensive IP capabilities, the SkyEdge Pro brings you ever-expanding
communications capabilities with reliable connectivity and simple operation.
Embedded TCP and HTTP acceleration, with expandable hardware capabilities
via expansion boards, present a versatile VSAT that empowers any business or
government by enabling virtually every communications application.

All SkyEdge VSATs are built to last, with well tested components. In order to
further ensure network availability, the SkyEdge Pro can provide automatic
failover via a serial interface to a dial backup modem.
Maximum VSAT Flexibility
The SkyEdge Pro has flexible hardware and software. The advanced power-save
mode allows efficient SkyEdge Pro operations where AC power is unavailable.
As software is embedded in the VSAT, all software can be easily managed,
fully controlled and updated remotely from the NMS. Modular design supports
field upgradeable expansion cards for increased telephony capacity, serial
communications and Quad LAN. SkyEdge Pro also offers seamless PSTN,
legacy protocols and Internet backbone connectivity.
