Techniques to avoid skin puncture accidents, aerosol formation and splash will be practiced. In vivo and in vitro examples are demonstrated and practiced. (Max 12 students) iii) GMM-retro- and lentiviral vectors Alf Grandien, MedH, KI Group room: Parker Retro- and lentiviral expression vectors have become more and more appreciated tools in many scientific fields. There are some aspects concerning biosafety of these vectors that one should be aware of.
