FACTSHEET ON THE ONE-STOP CAREER RESOURCE PORTAL
(www.CareerResource.sg)
Background
The one-stop career resource portal (www.CareerResource.sg) was jointly developed by the
tripartite partners – the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore Workforce Development
Agency (WDA), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National
Employers Federation (SNEF) – as part of on-going efforts to strengthen the support for
Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs). The tripartite partners are committed to
support the Continuing Education and Training (CET) needs of our growing PME workforce.
Objectives
The new portal (www.CareerResource.sg) serves as a one-stop, career resource portal to
encourage PMEs to take charge of their career development. The portal aims to provide
PMEs convenient access to a suite of employment services, upgrading courses and
programmes, calendar of events, career tips as well as relevant labour market information.
These draw together the information provided by CaliberLink, e2i, U PME Centre and WDA.

Key Features
The portal is open for public access and no registration or log-in is required.
These are the four core sections of information found on the Home Page of
www.CareerResource.sg:
Click on any of the four images on the portal for concise career or
training advisory, for PMEs’ career planning and evaluation based
on their current stage of life or phase of career.

This tab contains the list of events including career fairs, industry
previews and networking events targeted at PMEs, organised by
CaliberLink, e2i, U PME Centre and WDA.
Calendar of Events

This tab contains the list of courses and professional development
programmes targeted at PMEs, organised by CaliberLink, e2i, U
PME Centre and WDA.
Upgrading Courses
and Programmes
This tab contains useful links to various agencies’ and working
partners’ information and other resources such as career tips,
videos and publications, relevant for PMEs in their career planning
and development.
