A final word on the Spring Fair
Helen Ryan... you 'forgot' to mention yourself
specifically in the newsletter last week.
So... Thank you so much (on behalf of every parent,
child and staff member of our school) for putting up
your hand and heading up the Spring Fair
committee this year - in addition to the site
preparations, chocolate wheel, major raffle legwork
and everything else you didn't hesitate to lend a
hand with - you took it all in your stride - good, bad
and indifferent.
You're a gem!
Sincerely,
Heather.O. and
the P and F.
RELIGION
Family Focus
God gives every person gifts and talents. Our
talents are not given for our own enjoyment
alone. God wants us to use those talents to do
good work and bring people closer to him.
Choose one family member, spend two minutes
telling that person everything that you love and
admire in them.
Reconciliation
Year 2 will receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation next Monday at 5.30pm. If you would like to attend
and receive Reconciliation yourself you are most welcome. There will be a light supper in the Hall
afterwards if you are coming along please bring a plate to share.
Remembrance Day
Yesterday the children participated in a Remembrance Day Ceremony. Thank you to those Year 6
children who conducted the service.
Parish School Mass
On Saturday 22 November at the 6:00pm Parish Mass there will be a School Mass. Stage 3 children will
be responsible for the readings, offertory and other parts of the celebration, however all the children
and families from our school are encouraged to attend.
