Can be feathered to meet existing elevations and to 1 3/16” to 5” (127mm) with clean quarter inch
aggregate. A minimum thickness of 1/4” (6mm) should be maintained in wide open areas and 1/8”
(3mm) over the highest point of the floor.
Shelf Life
12 months when stored
unopened in a dry,
temperate location.
Note: If product is stored longer than published
shelf life, dry time may increase but integrity
of product performance will not change.
Limitations
• For interior use only.
• Not for use as a wear surface topping.
• The temperature should maintain between 50–77°F (10–25°C) during and up to
72 hours after application.
• Not recommended over radiant heating systems.

Substrate prep
Combimix self-leveling products can be installed with minimum prep. No need for shot-blasting, scarifying or mechanical cleaning in most cases. The LP mentioned in our products stands for low prep.
A simple and thorough sweeping followed by a thorough vacuuming of the substrate, then prime with
Combimix Primer PP 600, let dry and pour. All substrates must be sound, solid, thoroughly clean and
free of any waxes, oils or any contaminants which may contribute to decreased bond. Combimix
Self-Leveling Underlayments only require a tensile bond strength of 72 psi before approved installation
can be completed.
Contains no harmful latex
Safe to use with a lower pH than Portland cement-based
products
Dramatically improves indoor air quality compared to
Portland cement-based products
LEED compliant product - contributes points to LEED

Priming
Notice
Combimix PP 600 Primer is a premium quality concentrated styrene-based Acrylate Primer. PP
600 Primer is required for all installations with LP 720 Leveler. LP 720 Leveler can be used over
various substrates including concrete, light-weight concrete/gypsum, ceramic tile, quarry tile,
cement or epoxy based terrazzo, and well bonded VCT or VAT. Substrates must be free from dust,
oil or any contaminate which could contribute to decreased bond. Please see PP 600 Primer Data
Sheet for proper dilution rates and installation directions.
Information contained herein or otherwise administered by COMBIMIX or its affiliates is based on current and present knowledge of
products when used under normal circumstances and according to
COMBIMIX recommendations. Before using product, user will determine suitability of product for its intended use and assumes all related
risks, responsibility and liability.
Mixing
Manual mixing: Add 44 lb (20kg) bag of LP 720 Leveler to 4.25 quarts (4L) of cool potable water.
Do not over water. Mix for approximately 2 to 3 minutes using a heavy duty 1/2” (13 mm), 650 rpm
minimum drill to obtain a lump free consistency. Combimix recommends the use of a Combimix Tool Kit when mixing manually. The Combimix Tool Kit includes mixing barrel, mixing paddle,
appropriate pre measured water buckets, Gauge Rake and Smoothing Tools for proper placement.
Pump Mixing: Start pump at a minimum of 125 gallons of water per hour and adjust as necessary
to yield a self-leveling consistency maximum water content is 20% water ration by weight of the
dry powder. Please note the production capacity and speed of the pump will dictate the gallons of
water per hour ration. A slump test using the Combimix Slump test board should always be performed to ensure that mixture is homogenized and free from separation.
Application
Perform slump test and adjust water accordingly until patty size of maximum 5 1/2” (140 mm) is
obtained. Immediately pour and smooth the mixed material while continuously pouring ribbon.
Pour blended material onto substrate at a thickness of 1/4” (6 mm) to 1 3/16” (30 mm) over most
substrates. Working time of product is approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Curing and protection/drying time
Protect product from excessive heat, excessive cold and draft conditions during and after installation. It is recommended that installation should be done with proper air ventilation from an HVAC
system. Low substrate temperatures and/or high ambient humidity will extend the drying time.
Protect for up to 24 hours after completed installation. Material can be walked on after 1-3 hours.
Combimix recommends that no sweeping compounds be used on products after installation is
complete. A simple dilution rate of 5 parts water to 1 part Combimix Primer PP 600 can be used to
minimize dust if nessecary and be mixed well and applied with a high pressure pump type sprayer.
Cleaning
Clean hands and tools with water before material hardens. Material hardened will need to be
mechanically removed. Use proper storage.
Notes
This product is not intended to be used for a wear surface. It is also not intended for exterior use.
This product is not a vapor barrier and will allow free passage of moisture. Follow the directions of flooring manufacturer in regards to maximum allowable moisture content for floor
covering. Substrate should be tested prior to the installation of Combimix product. Where
substrate moisture exceeds the maximum allowed Combimix recommends the use of AC TECH
2170 moisture mitigation product. For more information go to: actamerican.net.
