PRIMERS, ADHESIVES AND ADDITIONAL MEASURES
HUMIDITY PRIMER FOR POROUS SUBSTRATES
WG-Flooroof Primer SF – two-component, 100% solids, epoxy primer for dry porous substrates. It most
compatible with polyurethane, polyaspartic, polyurea and 100% solids epoxy systems.
ADHESIVE FOR NON-POROUS SMOOTH SUBSTRATES
WG-Flooroof Adhesive – one-component, non-forming film, polyurethane adhesive (primer) for non-porous
smooth substrates. It most compatible with polyurethane, polyaspartic and polyurea systems.
HUMIDITY PRIMER FOR SLIGHTLY WET SUBSTRATES
WG-Flooroof Primer Humidity – two-component, water based, epoxy primer for porous substrates with moisture
content greater then 4%. It most compatible with water based epoxy systems.
NOTE: WG-Flooroof Primer Humidity does not work where there is moisture coming from phreatic water or
capillarity, with a pressure greater than 1,5 N/mm2. In this case recommended using WG-Welecem.
MOISTURE BARRIER FOR WET SUBSTRATES
WG-Welecem – three-component epoxy-cement screed
used as Moisture Barrier for green concrete or wet
substrate, and also where there is moisture coming from
phreatic water or capillarity to prevent blistering and delamination.

REPAIRS OF FLOORS WITHOUT REMOVING EXISTING FINISHES
For existing floors with smooth finishes such as ceramic tiles, granite, marble, terrazzo, coating etc. or for
substrates extremely saturated with oils or fats recommended to apply WG-Welemesh system.
WG-Welemesh system – a mechanically anchored reinforcing fibreglass mesh which provides a sound base for
subsequent layers of resins flooring or resin-cement screeds.

WG-WELEFLOOR POLYUREA ̶ 2K, 100% solids, hot-spray applied, elastomeric coatings which combine
extreme application properties such as ultra fast curing, even at temperatures well below 0°C, with exceptional
physical and chemical properties.
TECHNOLOGY BENEFITES:
Ultra fast drying, and as a result:
a) One-coat system with layer thickness of several millimeters is
cured within several seconds
b) Can be sprayed on sloped (and even vertical) surfaces without
drip or run formation
c) Foot traffic can resume within 30 seconds
