Hyra
Hyran som anges är alltid totalhyra. I totalhyran ingår el, varmvatten, möbler, internet och avgift
till hyresgästföreningen Förtroenderådet vid Chalmers Studenthem. I Gästhuset ingår även moms
om 12 % på hyran.
Om gästforskaren själv ska betala hyran gör hen det genom att hämta hem avin från vår
hyresgästportal varje månad. I samband med inflyttning få man inloggningsuppgifter till portalen.
Ska i stället institutionen betala hyran fakturerar vi via Fakturaservice med det kostnadsställe ni
uppgett.

Flytta in
Tidigast klockan 14.00 första vardagen efter att kontraktet börjar gälla kan nycklar lämnas ut. Om
inflyttningsdag infaller på en röd dag blir således inflyttning nästkommande vardag. Nycklar finns
att hämta på vår kundmottagning mot uppvisande av legitimation. Det är antingen forskaren eller
den som är ansvarig för kontraktet på institutionen (och som står på kontraktet) som kan hämta
ut nycklarna.
Flytta ut
Senast klockan 10.00 första vardagen efter månadsskiftet ska nycklarna lämnas in på vår
kundmottagning. Lägenheten ska vara tömd på hyresgästens tillhörigheter och flyttstädad. Om
lägenheten inte är ordentligt städad kommer vi att fakturera institutionen för de kostnader som
uppkommer (se checklista för avflyttningsstädning längst ner i dokumentet). Detsamma sker om
vi inte får in nycklarna i tid och cylinderbyte måste göras.

Alla bostäder har eget kök och badrum samt är möblerade (se förteckning i slutet av
dokumentet).

Rent
The rent stated includes electricity, hot water, furniture, Internet connection and Board of
Trustees at Chalmers Studenthem tenant association fees. The 12% VAT payable in the Guest
House is also included in the rent.

Moving in
Keys can be picked up at our Customer Reception, upon presentation of valid ID, at 14.00 on
the first weekday after the contract takes effect at the earliest. If the contract starts on a holy day
you can move in on the next coming weekday. The researcher or a representative of the institute
named in the contract can pick up the keys.
Moving out
Keys must be turned in to Customer Reception by 10.00 the first weekday after the turn of the
month in which the contract expires. All belongings must be removed from the apartment and
the apartment must be cleaned by this time. If the apartment is not properly cleaned we will
invoice the relevant institute for any costs that arise (view the cleaning guide at the bottom of this
document). The same applies if keys are not returned on time and a cylinder needs to be changed.

All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom and they are all furnished.
