Wishing Everyone a Very Happy
Saint Patrick’s Day.
Emigration continues to have a dramatic effect on
Irish society today as large numbers of people
leave our shores in the hope of making a new life
for themselves and their families. The Council of
Emigrants receives many requests for funding
from projects that provide essential pastoral
outreach to these emigrants.
It is recognised that there are so many financial
demands made on parishioners, however you
may be in a position to consider responding to the
needs of our emigrants.
There will be a second collection in our
church on St. Patrick’s Day for this
worthy cause. Your support would be
greatly appreciated.
