Le Quartier Français is actively involved in the local community and very loyal to local entrepreneurs supporting
them wherever possible.
The hotel restaurant acquires all its fresh produces, wine, cheese and smoked trout locally and supports all local
tradesmen. The left over hotel amenities are donated to the Hospice and
programs as well as the local school Bridge House. Susan Huxter who owns Le Quartier Français sits on the board
of Bridge House School and was instrumental in the building of the school.
The hotel is also conscious about protecting the environment so is very careful to recycle all glass and paper used
on the premises.
Le Quartier Français has special training and development courses on offer to their staff in order to better their
skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.
