RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY We, the organisers and owners of LMEQ LTD, Littleton Manor Equestrian accept no responsibility for any damages, loss or accident, injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.  All competition will be run in accordance to LMEQ LTD. rules and under BE rules.  Horses must be 4 years or older & vaccinated in accordance with British Eventing’s regulations.  Hard hats with permanent three-point attachment, must be worn at all times when mounted (PAS 015 or BSEN 1384, or prefixed ASTM or SEI – minimum standard.)  In the event of withdrawal no entry fee will be refunded or deferred except on production of a Vet or Doctors certificate & then only at the organisers discretion. Up to 25% will be retained to cover administration costs.  Competitors making telephone or email entries will not have their entry confirmed until payment has been received in full.  All Dogs must be kept on a short lead, and all mess cleaned up after & please take all muck home with you.  Please use the bins provided for all litter.  LMEQ LTD. reserve the right to alter classes or cancel without notice.  Practice jumps must be jumped with red on the right.  One person only with rider in warm up arenas.  There will not be a vet or farrier onsite – please contact the secretaries office in the instance that you require a farrier or vet – 07771 600033  In the event of any dispute regarding dressage or show jumping the judge’s decision is final. HEALTH & SAFETY STATEMENT The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards. The organisers may take such action as they feel necessary to protect the health and/or safety of horses/or riders, or anyone attending Littleton Manor Equestrian. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers of the Event to which these rules apply, nor LMEQ LTD., nor any Agent, Employee or Representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach or contract or any other way whatsoever. LMEQ LTD’s insurers require that the owner/keeper/rider of any horse on the premises operated by LMEQ LTD do insure that horse in respect of third party liability and recommend in injury, death, veterinary fees and personal accident. Confirmation of cover may be requested. We are advised that if you are a member of British Eventing, British Show Jumping, British Dressage, The British Horse Society, The Pony Club, The Countryside Alliance or hold your own household contents or horse & rider policy then liability cover may well be included in this cover. Entries will close on Wednesday 19th November at 12 noon. Late entries will be subject to a £5 surcharge NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY. The Organiser reserves the right to ballot.
