he 46th Annual Alabama Association of
School Business Officials conference
will be held May 5-8, 2015, at the
beautiful Perdido Beach Resort in Orange
Beach, Alabama. We would like to cordially
invite you to participate in our annual program
again this year as a program sponsor and/or
an exhibitor at our vendor fair. All 137 schools
districts will be represented at the conference.
Times have been set aside on Wednesday and
Thursday for members to visit the vendor
showcase, located on the beach level in the
Perdido Beach Resort, as well as a reception
and breakfast with participants in the vendor
hall.

AASBO Exhibit Show
Your company will be front and center at Alabama’s largest trade show of educational products and services. AASBO serves over 1300 members representing every
Alabama K-12 public school district. Each vendor receives recognition in the
conference program, signage and at the general session.
EXHIBIT BOOTH RENTAL—$800
The exhibit booth includes registration for two attendees.
Each additional attendee is $50 per person.


Dedicated exhibit time for business managers and purchasing agents from 3:30-4:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, May 6.
Exhibit Space Specifications- A single booth section for this show will be:
 8' x 8’ in size and will have an 8’ high backdrop and 3’ high side rails.
 Included in each booth are one 6’ x 30’’ H draped table, one chair and one waste can.
 Booth color is navy blue. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.
 Electrical service is provided for all booths if noted on registration form.
 Exhibit hall is limited to 55 booths and are sold on first come first serve basis.
Confirmations and further instructions, including booth locations and conference attendees will be
sent out by April 15, 2015. Electrical service is provided for all booths if noted on the registration
form.

