1. Expired courses will only be funded for 18 months after the expiry date.
2. Replaced courses will only be funded for 18 months after the release date of the new course.
The Department will review replacement qualifications on a monthly basis to determine their eligibility for
the list and the decisions will be reflected in an update of the Equity course list at the end of each month.
