THOMSON REUTERS CORTELLIS FOR REGULATORY INTELLIGENCE QUICK guide series: No. 5 HOW DO I...? EXPORT MY RESULTS You ran your search strategy, and got the information you needed. Now you want to export your results to analyze them further or to add them to a presentation. This quick guide will discuss the various export features within Cortellis. 1. Exporting an individual report To export out a single report, such as a “Reference Document”, a “Regulatory Intelligence Report” or a “Regulatory Summary” click on the Export button located in the upper right hand corner. Figure 1 Regulatory Report An individual report can be exported into an Adobe PDF format. The export will include the Snapshot and the Document. The export will include the Snapshot on the first sheet, the Global Comparisons Report Subject Fields matrix on the second sheet, and the Change History on the third sheet. Exporting a results set With the results list on display and one or more reports selected, click on the Export button located in the upper right hand corner. These results can be exported into an Excel format. Figure 6 Results Set For your Excel spreadsheet, you have the option of exporting the full “Results Table” or “Customized Results” whereby you can choose which fields you wish to export.
