LEARNING OBJECTIVES and INTERNSHIP TERMS OF REFERENCE Receiving Unit: The objective of the Turin School of Development (TSD) is to provide multi-disciplinary postgraduate learning opportunities with targeted content and effective delivery modalities, conducive to imparting the essential skills required to deal with today’s social, economic and environmental priorities at national and global levels. Internship Terms of Reference: The intern will be attached to the LL.M in International Trade Law and the MALED Programme with the following study/research tasks: • • • Propose additional marketing channels and/or techniques for the Trade Law and MALED Programmes of TSD; Update contents in the web learning platforms of the master programmes; Assist in revising research papers selected for TSD Working Papers Series; • • Assist in the writing of Policy Briefs for TSD Working Papers Series; and Review and suggest new material / (or updates) for the relevant topics of the master Programmes. 3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/PROFILE Education: Languages: IT skills: Other skills: Master in Economics, Law or related fields Graduates of ITCILO/TSD Master’s programme will be given a special consideration. Fluency in English. Knowledge of another working language of the ITCILO will be considered an advantage. Excellent command of computer applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsers. Excellent communication skills. Results based working attitude. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Sensitivity to multicultural and diversity issues. 4.
