FAREWELL TO FR MYLES HEALY PP
Our Parish Priest, Fr Myles Healy, is completing his term of ministry in our parish
at the end of this month. Fr Myles has been our Parish Priest for the past 9 years
and now his time in Greenhills is coming to an end. Sadly, we bid farewell to Fr
Myles, we thank you for your tireless work and outstanding service to our parish
over many years. What a wonderful legacy you leave to the parish of Greenhills, in
our much admired, visited and enjoyed Parish Centre. For your kindness and
support in our times of need, we thank you. We wish you God’s blessing and
happiness in your retirement.. We will fondly remember you in our thoughts and
prayers. Fr Myles will celebrate his farewell Mass on Saturday next 3 January 2015

MASS ARRANGEMENTS
From Monday 29 December to Friday 2
January we will have one Mass only at
10am on these days. Saturday & Sunday
3/4 January, Mass times are as normal .
CHRISTMAS DUES
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
We are in the process of posting out
acknowledgements to our parishioners in
respect of Christmas Dues
received. If you do not have a
Dues Envelope they are
available on the tables at the
back of the Church. If you include your
name and address with your Dues we will
acknowledge same. As always your
continued kindness to us is very sincerely
appreciated
FIRST FRIDAY: Friday next, 2 January, is
the First Friday of the month. Mass will
be offered for those whose names are on
the Altar List of the Dead. The sick and
housebound will be visited on that day.
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will
take place until 12 noon.
FIRST SATURDAY: Saturday next ,3January
is the First Saturday of the month with the
usual devotions to Our Lady of Fatima
with Mass at 10am.

of the Christmas holiday and New Year
season from 10am till 10pm. So don’t be

The story of the First Christmas
A model of Bethlehem, Nazareth and the
surrounding countryside has been
constructed, setting the scene celebrating
the birthday of Jesus. Open daily at St.
Martin’s Church, Aylesbury, Tallaght,
Dublin 24. – Admission is free. Among
the many events depicted are the
Annunciation, The Visitation, The arrival
of Joseph & Mary into Bethlehem for the
census, The Birth of Jesus & the Angel
appearing to the shepherds on the
