Carnaby – New retail flagship openings on Marshall Street strengthens the Carnaby estate
Winter 2014 sees great changes to the 13 streets of Carnaby.
Oi Polloi the iconic Manchester born menswear brand celebrate 12 years in the business
with their first store outside of Manchester, opening at 1 Marshall Street, Carnaby. The twostorey 1,170sq ft. store which is due to open in March will offer an edited selection of
brands as well as exclusive products and collaborations with some not being found
anywhere else in Europe. Oi Polloi clothing embodies understated cool and authentic British
style with a slightly higher price point compared to the Manchester store. There will be new
additions to the brand list as well as classics such as Sassafras, Fjallraven, Orslow and
Engineered Garments.

brands alongside larger flagship global brands in its 13 streets. The Marshall Street store will
sell exclusive products with some brands only being available at the Oi Polloi Soho store.”

Due to popular demand, Pharrell Williams’ brand Billionaire Boys Club will open a 800 sq ft
European flagship store for Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream label at 36 Marshall Street in
2015. The store will offer two premium menswear collections alongside worldwide
exclusives and collaborations with the likes of Pharrell, Comme Des Garcons and Adidas as
well as a new basics collection for Spring 15 which retails at a more affordable price point.
The collection presents sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, tracksuits and jersey shorts.

Parisian purveyors of French classic brand A.P.C. founded by Mr Jean Touitou in 1987, opens
its 1,120 sq ft West End flagship store on Lexington Street. This December, customers can
shop the full collection including men’s, women’s, denim and accessories as well as a unique
APC Soho tote bag only available in this store.
Other recent store openings include Dutch womenswear fashion brand SuperTrash, Swedish
independent menswear brand Our Legacy, Detroit heritage brand Shinola , independent
eyewear brand Cubitts and Californian lifestyle brand Nixon has opened its first UK store
with a customisation watch bar.

compliment the strong retail mix already in the 13 streets of Carnaby. The strong directional
fashion brands will sit beside current stores such as Scotch & Soda, ELEVENPARIS, Replay and
