Commander’s Cup Traveling Cup
Winning installation will be determined by two fastest skier times and two fastest snowboarder times of individuals assigned
to that base. Times will be handicapped and added together. Trophy will be presented in the Keystone Conference Center during
Saturday night’s dinner. Although this is not a team event, the times of team racers will be extracted to count toward the Commander’s Cup. The times of individual racers with base affiliation but no team affiliation will also count toward the Cup.
Team Ski/ Team Snowboard Competition
Six Teams Per Installation Total: First-‐come, first-‐served. Installations may have both Ski and Snowboard teams. Each
team, either Ski or Snowboard, will be comprised of no more than four, no less than three skiers/riders from a squadron, unit,
or organization. Teams may register two alternate team members. Members from small squadrons may race with other squadrons. Large squadrons may have more than one team. Each team member must be active duty or a civilian employee assigned
to the squadron represented by the team. Team members may participate in both Ski Team and Snowboard Team categories.
Team participants must be set by Wednesday, Jan 21, 2014. If a team member is unable to participate, the race registration table
must be notified by 0830 on day of race to swap in an alternate. If a base has less than six teams registered, the unused slot
can be transferred to a base that would like to register more than six teams; the extra teams will be on stand-‐by until a slot
becomes available.
Team Scoring
Top three team times. Each time is the faster of two times as per individual scoring. Less than three registered team times
