Settingupyourmassagechairiseasytodo.Yourmassagechairisalmostcompletelyassembled.After
carefullyremovingallthecontentsfromthepackaging,inspectthechairanditscomponentstomakesure
everythinghasbeenreceived.

AttachingtheSeatCushion
• First,clipthetiesholdingthepowercordtothebackoftheseatframe.
• Next,attachtheseatcushiontotheseatbyplacingthecushionfullyinthe
seatandliningupthefabricfasteners.Thereisonefastenerstripintheseat
andthesecondwrapsaroundthebackedge.

Attachthebackofthechairtotheseat.
• Nextyouwillneedtoplacethechairbackintotheseat.Pickupthechair
backandlowerthebackintotheseatsothatthebracketsoneithersideof
thebacklockontotheflatheadboltsinthechairseat
• Thebackwillclickintoplaceandwillsitevenlyintheseat.Oncethebackis
sittingevenlyinthechairseat,confirmthatthebackandseatareattached
correctly,bytiltingthebackbyhand.Thechairshouldreclineeasily.
NOTE: Ifthebackdoesnotappearevenorthechairdoesnotreclineeasily,
thenyoumayhaveengagedthebracketononlyoneside.Tocorrectthisyou
willneedtoliftthebackasnotedbelowandbeginStep2again.
• NextattachtheconnectingrodandtheUshapedbracketwithaflathead
rivetandsecurewithasplitpin(Fig4).
• Thensitinthechairandpullthereclineleverontherightsideofthechair
(Fig.3).

Connectthepowersource.
• First,securelyconnectthevibrationconnectionsthatarelocatedonthe
leftsideofthechairbackandundertheseatcushion.Connectthechair
backplugandtheseatsocket(Fig5)undertheseatcushion.
• Plugthepowercordintoa220-240Voutlet.Onceallpiecesofthemassage
chairareinplaceandthemainpowerlineispluggedin,youmayturnthe
powerswitchon(Fig6).
Removing the Back from the Seat
Toremovethechairbackfromtheseat:
• First,turnoffthemainpowerswitchandunplugtheunit.Thenremovethe
vibrationandseatconnectionfromthechairback.
• Placethebackintheuprightpositionandremovetheflatheadrivetand
splitpin.
• Liftthechairbackupandoutoftheseat.
• Toreconnectthebacktotheseat,repeatStep2.

Choosing a Location

Itisimportanttochoosealocationthatwillallowyoutobestenjoythechair’s
benefits.Thefollowingisrequiredforthemassagechair:
• Thechairbackshouldbeapproximately50cmfromthenearestobjectto
reclinefully.
• Anelectricaloutletthatisamaximumof1.8M fromthechair.
Inaddition,wewouldsuggestyouconsiderthefollowingforyourmassage
chairlocation:
• Choosealowtrafficareasoyoucancreateapeacefulenvironmentwhen
gettingyourmassage.
• Choosealocationinyourhomethatmakesyoufeelthemostcomfortable
andrelaxed,butisalsoconvenient.
• Adjustablelightingnearthechairallowsyoutocreatetherightsettingfor
yourmood.

Onceyouhaveselectedthelocationforyourchair,youcaneasilymoveitwith
theconvenientwheelslocatedontherearofthechair(Fig.7).
Note: Pleaseensuretheproductisswitchedoffandunpluggedfromthe
mainsbeforemoving.
Tomoveyourchair,standbehindthechairandtiltitbackwardsuntilthe
wheelsareengaged.Thensimplypushyourchairtothelocationyouwant.
Whenyouareloweringthefrontofthechairinthespotyouwantit,be
carefulnottodropittoohardorfast,asitmaycausedamagetoyourfloors.
Turning On Your Chair
TheeLoungermassagechairhasamasterpowerswitchthatmustbeinthe“on”positioninordertowork.
Onceyouhavepluggedthechairpowercordintotheelectricaloutlet,turnonthemasterpowerswitch
locatedonthebackofthechair(Fig.8).
Reclining Your Chair
Youcanadjustthebackrestangletoreclineuptoapproximately160degrees.Recliningthebackrest
increasestheintensityofthemassage,andalsorepositionsthebodysothatthemassagerangealongyour
backandneckischanged.Typically,thefurtheryourecline,thefurtherthemassagewillreachintheshoulder
andneckarea.
RECLINE:
Toreclinethebackrestusingthemanualcontrol,lifttheleverontherightsideofthechairseat(Fig.3)and
leanback.Whenyouareinthedesiredposition,releasethelever.
Whenyouarereadytoraisethebackrest,pulltheleverupagainandleanforward.Thehydraulicgassystem
willraisethebackrestforyou.
NOTE: Inordertoavoidstrainandpotentialinjurytoyourback,neverattempttogetinoroutofthemassage
chairwiththebackrestreclined.
Adjusting the Cushion
Thereisanadjustablecushionthatisincludedwithyourchair:thelumbar/headrestpillow.
THELUMBAR/HEADRESTPAD:
Thelumbar/headrestpillow(seepage10)isprovidedforcustomizedcomfort.Youmayadjustitslocationto
fityourneeds.Forexample,youcansupportyourheadandneckoryourlumbararea.

Youmayaddadditionalcushioningtothechairwithyourownpillows.
Keepinmindthatthemorecushioningyouadd,thelessyouwillbeabletofeelthemassage.

Programmed Massage Sessions
TheeLoungerincludes3programmedmassagesessions-Full,Upper
andLowerBack-thatareapproximately15minuteseachaswellasa
shortDemoprogram.Pushaprogrambuttonandsitbackandenjoy.
Oncetheprogramisfinished,themassagesystemwillautomatically
shutoff.Youcanactivatethemassagesystemagainbypushingany
button.

Theprogrammedmassageoptionshavebeendesignedtocloselyemulateanactualmassagesessionby
combiningdifferentmassagefunctionsinvarioussequences.Eachsession,withtheexceptionofthebrief

need.
