registered at the Ministry of Trade and Commerce as a limited liability company under
Company Law 10/96 of the Republic of Maldives and counter registered as a provider of
skilled and semi-skilled, professional recruiting agent and man power supplier at the
Ministry of Higher Education and Employment under the laws and regulations.
MESPL was born with a dream of providing
appropriate jobs to the Maldivian local

3 - Passport Handling
Introduction - Passport handling is one service we provide with perfect dedication.
‘Master Recruit’ our state of the art software system ensures an error free process of
passport handling. And we currently handle more that 3000 passports in the network.
Requirement – With a very small amount of fee (RF 75/- per candidate), we will take in
charge of the candidate’s passport and visa fee payments. You will have to provide us
with 1. Passport, 2. Work Permit Original and 3. Last Visa fee paid receipt to start this
service from MESPL.
Service Specification – As soon as the required documents are being handed over to
MESPL, all the information of the candidate is stored into our system. This includes
details relating to Work Permit, Passport and candidate entire history from the date of
arrival.
The system is designed to remind Work Permit and Work Permit fee expiry date and
Passport expiry dates. This prior notification enables us to inform our clients to make
arrangements for us to make the require payments. Usually 2 weeks for visa fee and 1
month for passport renewal, but this can be customized according to client’s needs.
Benefits – This service will benefit our clients to update their employees’ Work Permit,
Visa fee and Passport expiry dates prior. And it cost efficient, as the clients will have to
make exactly the payment amount for the period required without making large
unwanted payment at one time.
