Industry prospects in focus at AHDB Outlook 2015
Prospects for the beef and lamb, pig and poultry and dairy sectors will come under the spotlight at
the 2015 Agriculture & Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) Outlook Conference.
The conference − hosted by AHDB’s three livestock divisions, EBLEX, DairyCo and BPEX, as well as
AHDB Market Intelligence (MI) − will be held at One Great George Street in Westminster on
Wednesday February 11.
Trade developments and emerging opportunities are due to be examined, with experts also giving an
overview of the market outlook for each sector represented at the event.
Stephen Howarth, market specialist manager, AHDB MI, said: “Outlook is a key fixture in the industry
calendar and the perfect platform for stakeholders to discuss challenges and opportunities in their
respective sectors. Places are limited and I would urge all those interested in attending to book as
soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
AHDB chairman Peter Kendall will open the conference, which will also include keynote
presentations on the potential for exports to the Far East, as well as developments and forecasting of
consumer trends.
You can book your place by visiting www.eventbrite.co.uk.
