ENTRIES:
•
Entries must be sent via email in a Hy-Tek compatible file. Hard copies of all entries must
accompany fees and sent to the Entry Chair listed above.
ENTRY LIMIT:
Entry times must be in short course yard times only.
Session 1:
2 individual events
Sessions 2, 3, 4 and 5: 4 individual entries
Entries received that exceed these maximums will have the last
entry(s) of that session dropped. A swimmer may only swim one
session per day.
Entries are limited to 250 swimmers excluding entries from the host club and will be limited to
ensure that sessions will be conducted within the USA Swimming 4-hour planning rule. As a
result, it is possible that some entries received after the entry deadline may NOT be entered
in the meet. Swimmers will be entered based upon the date entries are received by the
Entries Chairman. A team’s entries may be split if the maximum number of entries has been
reached. The Entries Chairman will make the this determination. Teams will be notified as
soon as possible if their entry has been wholly or partially accepted.
ENTRY DEADLINE:
Entries must be received by the Entries Chair by December 29th, 2015 by 10:00pm. Since
this meet typically fills up early, meet entries submitted by the deadline will not be guaranteed
a spot in the meet. All entries must also include the coach’s name and the name and phone
number of the team’s entries chairperson.
LIMITED ENTRY EVENTS:
Entries are limited in all 500 (except the 11-12), 1000 Freestyle and 400 IM events. We will be

male or female swimmer maximum only if there are less than the limited number of swimmers
entered by the opposite sex in that event. As a result, it may be necessary to combine male
and female swimmers in the same heats to allow for the most number of competitors to swim
these events. Events may be limited at the discretion of the meet referee.
