Partner Sourced: An opportunity is considered “Partner Sourced” when a partner makes Informatica aware of an opportunity for a new Informatica product or
subscription sale by referring to Informatica or registering the opportunity on the partner portal. A Partner Sourced opportunity is a sales opportunity that was
previously unknown to Informatica regardless of whether the opportunity is in an Informatica install base customer or new to Informatica customer.

Partner Value-Add Assist: An opportunity in progress where partner assistance is integral to Informatica securing the transaction. Partner demonstrates teaming
through assistance in any of the following activities: provides a positive recommendation of Informatica to the customer above the competition, supports joint sales
activities, provides introductions to decision makers, openly shares information, provides a demo or POC, and/or contributes other value-add activities.
