Part 1, “Praying Christian Virtues”, helps deepen prayer life, and discover what to do for dryness and obstacles in prayer. It also introduces the different methods of Ignatian prayer meditation contemplation and Consciousness Examen. Small groups will meet with 2 trained facilitators for 1-2 hours once a week to pray and faith share.
