We also work with our municipality (Long Beach Township) and communicate with other Island property owner groups, as we act as an advocate for enhanced governmental services. We welcome all Loveladies property owners who reside here at least part of the year to join us. Our membership meetings are held twice a year, during the summer season. The first, a brunch, offers a “Meet the Mayor” forum, to inform us of recent activities within the Township. At the second meeting each year, which includes dinner, we invite an expert to speak on a topic pertinent to our community and our members. These occasions offer members a chance to meet other property owners, neighbors, and friends. In addition, we send out newsletters and bulletins to keep members apprised of local current events. Membership dues are $35 per household. Please join us as members of the LPOA. It is well worth it.
