Note: Board meetings are held in an open forum so that the property owners
may observe the Board as they conduct the business of the association.
Property owners will be given up to a total of twenty (20) minutes during the
meeting to make comments or ask questions.
They will be asked to do the following as they address the Board:
 Each owner will be given two (2) minutes to address the Board.
 They must address the Board from the podium.
 They must sign in at the podium prior to the beginning of their comments.
This is not an open forum discussion. Each owner will be given one two minute
session to share their comments.
Homeowners may request in writing to have an item placed on the agenda for
action or discussion by the Board. The Board will include the Homeowner in the
presentation of their requested agenda item if so desired. The Board will allow
up to four requests per meeting. Request must be sent to the board by the first
of each month to be placed on the agenda. If more than 4 requests are received
the next 4 in order will be put on the agenda at the following Board meeting.
