business in the day to day operations of Mississauga Majors Baseball Association.
No information will be used or sold outside of this Association and its affiliates. Also,
from time to time it will be necessary for correspondence either through physical or
electronic venues.
The Mississauga Majors Baseball Association reserves the right to photograph players
in uniform. Such photographs may be displayed, without player's names, on the Majors
website or the Parent/Player Handbook.
I hereby certify the above-mentioned player is a resident of the City
of Mississauga. I will be responsible for medical coverage and
agree that Mississauga Majors Baseball Association will not be
liable for any injuries received while playing at a game or practice.
Furthermore, I will adhere to all rules and regulations of the
Association and take proper care of the player's uniform and
equipment.
