Orders will be placed on the Sirst and third Tuesday of every month, along with orders for Ovation Uniforms (please Sill out a separate order form for these items) so please ensure your form is returned by Monday at the latest. Orders placed on a Tuesday will take approximately one week to arrive in Karratha and will be brought to the studio during class time. On the occasion that the supplier is out of stock of a particular item and must order it in you will be notiSied of the delay. Only orders where payments have been received in full will be processed. Please allow 3 working days for online bank deposits to clear. Orders in which payments have not cleared will be withheld until the following ordering period. Cash will not be accepted. If shoes, garments or accessories ordered are incorrect or unsuitable sizing, you will be required to print out a “Shoes & Accessories Exchange Form” from the Ovation website and send back direct to the supplier (address listed on form) at your own cost for an exchange. Ovation will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for postage on returns or exchanges.
