Dress Code
Dancers work harder and stay more focused when appropriately dressed for class.
Petite Feet 1 & 2

Petite Feet T-shirt and black leggings, dance pants or shorts. Bare feet or
socks with treads. Parents should dress comfortably for Petite Feet 1
class, as they will be actively participating.
Pink LeRoux bodysuit*, white footless/transitional tights and white ballet
slippers.
Pink LeRoux bodysuit*, white footless/transitional tights and white ballet
slippers. When tap is added, students will need tan tap shoes.
Children’s Dance: Pink LeRoux bodysuit*, white tights, white ballet slippers
and tan tap shoes.
Mini Hop: Pink LeRoux bodysuit, black booty shorts, white tights and
black jazz boot OR black hip hop sneaker.
Pink LeRoux bodysuit*, white tights, white ballet slippers and tan tap
shoes. Although growth can be considered in the fall, ballet slippers should be worn tight
for proper training. Black jazz shoes are optional and will not be worn for the recital.

Black LeRoux bodysuit*, white tights, white ballet slippers, tan tap shoes
and black jazz boots. This level requires hair to be off neck and face for
every class, bun is requested.
Although growth can be considered in the fall, ballet slippers must be tight for proper
training.
Tight fitting white tank top and black shorts or dance pants (dancer will be
too hot for sweatpants). Black socks (no sweat socks). Shoes: Under age 10:
white ballet slippers, tan tap shoes, black jazz boot, black hip hop
sneakers. Over age 10: Black ballet slippers, black tap shoes, black jazz
boot, and black hip hop sneakers.
Black bodysuit with pink tights. Hair to be in a bun for every class. Snug
fitting, pink split-sole ballet slippers.
Absolutely no bare stomach or legs; no sweats, gym shorts, layered tank tops or t-shirts.
Tight, black boy shorts or jazz pants may be permitted at sole discretion of the instructor.
Black bodysuit with pink, black or tan tights. Hair in a bun or ponytail.
Split Sole Black Jazz Boots.
Absolutely no bare stomach or legs; no sweats, gym shorts, layered tank tops or t-shirts.

Team 3: Tan U-Shell Buckle tap shoe
Team 2, Levels B & C: Tan 1 ½” heeled character tap shoe
Team 1 & Level C: Black flat, tap boot (this is in addition to tan shoe)
Black bodysuit with pink, black or tan tights. Hair to be in a ponytail for
every class. Capezio Dance Paws, Capezio foot Undeez or bare feet.
Absolutely no bare stomach or legs; no sweats, gym shorts, layered tank tops or t-shirts.
Tight, black boy shorts or jazz pants may be permitted at sole discretion of the instructor.
Hip-Hop
(For Mini Hop See Children’s Dance)
Tight fitting LeRoux tank* with black dance pants and black dance
sneakers –OR– black bodysuit, tan or black tights and boy shorts (or black
dance pants). Pants may not be longer than dancer’s leg – meaning, pants must sit on top
of shoe or be a Capri style. Shorts are not permitted without a bodysuit & tights.
Absolutely no outside sneakers are to be worn in our classrooms.
Musical Theatre Dance
Black bodysuit with white, black, pink or tan tights and black jazz boot.
Tight, black boy shorts may be permitted at sole discretion of the
instructor. Absolutely no bare stomach or legs; no sweats, gym shorts, layered tank tops
or t-shirts. Tight, black boy shorts or jazz pants may be permitted at sole discretion of the
instructor.

Students age 18 & under: Tight fitting LeRoux tank* and black dance pants
Students over age 18 should dress comfortably.
Pink & Black LeRoux bodysuits & LeRoux tank tops, which are required
for most classes have our studio logo and are sold only at LeRoux.
