Establishing a Vision - Worksheet

 Establishing a Vision - Worksheet
“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
― Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich.
Our mind and vision is by far the most powerful tool we have. One of the most
powerful ways to gain certainty of a place you want to go, we must “own” it first. The
‘I AM’ mind frame is the Power of Visualization. We must learn to see it as if it were
already achieved and how that achievement feels to us in that very moment. It is
very important for us to exercise our visualization mind muscle and connect it to our
emotional guidance system to best understand what we REALLY want in life!
Can you clearly visualize what you would like your life to look like in 5 years? What are the 3 Q. top changes you see? Do you currently feel like something or someone is holding you back? Who or what is it? What Q. could you do differently if it was not there anymore?
If you had a magic wand that would allow you do you anything you wanted to do in life, with no Q. worries of money, doubt or criticism , what would you be doing? Q. What would you do differently if you had an extra $100 a month magically drop into your life? Q. What would you do differently if you had an extra $1000 a month magically drop into your life?
What would you do differently if you had an extra $10,000 a month magically drop into your Q. life? Knowing your strengths What makes you great? What are your ingredients of greatness? These strengths
are the reasons why people like you and you have succeed in things in life. I am
giving you “permission” to look inside and find those answers. They can be both
personal and in business.
Q. Make a list of 7-‐10 strengths you have and feel free to elaborate and have fun with them! Knowing your weaknesses This is not an area we want to focus on with any negative emotions, however we
need to know the areas where we may need to do some extra work. Weaknesses
are just future strengths that are not yet developed.
Q. Make a list of 3 weaknesses that you would like to improve the most on. Knowing your passions Some of the most successful people in life have made their fortunes not only utilizing
their strengths in business, but also mixing in their passions. We tend to have a
special source of energy for doing things that make us happy and feel fulfilled.
Q. Make a list of 5 things that you simply LOVE doing. Don’t think about if they will make money or not, just concentrate on the things that you feel driven to do or be around. (These could include interests, hobbies, skills, or even god given talents!)
Evaluating your environment Many of us wish for a change, take action to produce the change and then fall back
into old routines and habits. Here are some questions to help you evaluate if a toxic
environment may be a factor in holding you back.
Q. We are the sum of the 5 people we spend the most time with. Are the 5 closest people in your life positive or negative? Are they supportive or do they criticize you? Are they wealthy or struggling? Q. Recent studies have shown the most productive people do not hit the snooze button, wake up on a schedule and either read or exercise first thing upon rising. What does your morning look like? Are you sleeping in or springing out of bed? Do you check emails or Facebook right away or take some time for personal development? What could you change to your morning routine to better influence the rest of your day? Q. How do you feel about your current employment situation? How is your salary or compensation plan? What about the hours? Do you like your boss? Colleagues? List 3 things you currently like about your job. (They could be anything from the tasks you are responsible for, to the size of your office!) Then, make a list of the 3 things you strongly dislike about your job. Lastly, if you could make just ONE change in your current employment situation, what would it be? Q. If success started to manifest in your life in a BIG way, would you feel over the moon? Would you feel guilty if your success was much greater than that of your friends or family? Mindset Adjustments There are times in life where we do not take full responsibility for our own actions
and the results they have on our lives. We may blame others, our environment or
even ‘bad luck’. Once we can truly understand that we are the masters of our own
universe, we can begin to create abundance for ourselves in every facet of life.
Many of us spend our lives inside our ‘comfort zone’, when the real juice is just
outside of those boundaries. Take a moment to evaluate where your mindset may
be regarding change in your life.
Q. Is the fear of failure stopping you from taking the steps necessary to achieve real success in your life? Q. Do you believe that you are worthy of wealth, happiness and prosperity? Why or why not? Q. What are you willing to give up to have a successful business? List 3 things that you would sacrifice to reach a level of abundance you have only dreamed of! Q. Are you afraid to take a leap into the unknown? Why or why not? Goal Setting Without setting clear, detailed and concise goals for ourselves, the path to success
is much harder to find. Goals need to be thought about daily, written down, read and
re-read, shared with our supporters and believed by us fully to come into
manifestation. Let’s start with setting some personal goals. These are very important to the overall vision so we will break this into 3 sections. 6 months, 2 years and 5 years. Write down 2 personal goals you Q. have for each time frame. (An example might be: In 6 months I would like to have cut out TV, lost 10 pounds and started taking singing lessons. In 2 years I would like to be living in a new home, learned how to ski and vacationed in Mexico. In 5 years I would like to have started a family with my spouse, bought a new SUV and written a book.) Next we have career and financial goals. In the same time frames (6 months, 2 years, 5 years) write down 1 Career goal and 1 income goal for each time frame. (An example of this may be: In 6 months I would like to get that promotion and be earning $60,000/year, in 2 years I would like to have built Q. a side business and be earning $100,000/year, in 5 years I would like to be working completely for myself and making $250,000/year.) Think about the lifestyle your income goals will provide you with; this will help you set the amounts. Now comes the moment to reflect and review both sets of goals.
Q. Is there anything holding you back from achieving any of these goals? Will achieving these goals make you happy? Taking Action This is the moment to acknowledge that you are the owner of your life.
You and only you can take action. You will either CHOOSE to take action for your
own success, or you will CHOOSE not to. Either way, it’s a CHOICE you will make.
Q. Will today be the day that you start taking action towards living the life you want to live? Q. List 6 proactive steps you can implement in your life starting TODAY that will get you closer to your PERSONAL goals Q. List 3 proactive step you can implement in your life starting TODAY that will get you closer to your CAREER goals Q. List 3 things you can start doing RIGHT NOW that will help you hit your income goals. Support Another trait of highly successful people is they are not afraid to reach out
