This agreement is entered into by & between OUTFITTER (Lic. # 2084) & the below endorsed Sportsman. Hunter/guide ratio
shall be 2 on 1 unless otherwise mutually arranged. The following service & equipment shall be provided by OUTFITTER: All
meals, dining, sleeping & toilet facilities, game handling in the field to camp or processing plant & all field transportation,
transportation to & from the Colorado Springs Airport for hunters flying into the area (airport service is subject to an additional
fee per person), provided previous written request is made to the OUTFITTER by the undersigned at least 30 days prior to arrival. Sportsman shall furnish: Items of personal comfort, weapons & ammunition which are legal for the taking of game in Colorado, a valid Colorado hunting license for game sought (If a Sportsman is unsuccessful in the deer lottery drawing, Sportsman
shall have the option to purchase a landowner deer voucher, at an additional cost, if available) & pay all meat processing
costs. Deposits represent reservation of space that is then unavailable to other hunters, and are not refundable. Balances are
due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, Sportsman shall give OUTFITTER 90 days written notice of said cancellation. Sportsman shall receive a 100% refund of his/her deposit only if OUTFITTER can obtain a replacement Sportsman for
the specific canceled date. If a replacement Sportsman(s) is not obtainable, deposit(s) may be applied to the following year and
the current year’s hunt prices shall apply. Pursuant to Sec. 12-55-105 (I)(E) and (I) (D) Colorado outfitting activity is regulated by
the registrations director of Dept. of Regulatory Agencies requiring outfitters to be bonded and carry minimum liability insurance.
By signing below, I am acknowledging that I understand all the terms of this contract and furthermore agree that this contract
shall be governed by the law of the State of Colorado, both as to its interpretation and performance. By signing, I am confirming
the contracting of the above listed hunt/date and I authorize Stephen Flowers to apply for, sign for & purchase my 2015 hunting
licenses via CPW Secure website, using Credit Card information provided by me at a later date.

How To Book Your Hunt We feel it is very important to talk
personally with the individual or party leader about the hunt you are
interested in. We encourage questions prior to booking your hunt to
establish your needs, expectations, special requirements, budget and
any and all issues that are important to all of us.
Payment Policy: Deposits on most hunts are 50% with the balance
due 30 days prior to arrival. We also offer a 3 payment option:
1/3 deposit — 1/3 due May 30th — 1/3 due 30 days prior to arrival.

At this time we have extremely limited openings for our 2015 NM hunts. If you are
interested in any of our NM Archery/Rifle elk hunts please call for availability as
landowner elk permit allocations will be confirmed by April 1, 2015 & we may have
