Dispo: Writer spoke with Jordan Johnson and Cody Toland. Both advised when they went out to her car around noon they noticed
the drivers side door was ajar and the center console was open. Neither gave much thought about and went about their day. When
they got into the vehicle around 6:15 PM to head to the gym they noticed their gym bags were missing from the back seat. Cody's
bag contained clothing and Jordan's bag contained clothing and a wristlet bag containing her credit cards and personal
information. Both advised the vehicle was not locked and this had to have happen sometime between midnight last night and noon
today. Statements were obtained and Jordan was given an identity packet to fill out.

Mr. Gibson reported George Androsky just violated the protection order he has against him. Upon arrival I spoke to Mr. and Mrs.
Gibson and Chelsea Meck. Ms. Meck stated she was at her car getting her shoes out when Mr. Androsky pulled in the driveway
and screamed at her. Ms. Meck is not listed on the protection order as a protected party.
After reviewing the Gibson's copy of the protection order it states that Mr. Androsky can not come within 100 feet of the Gibsons,
but the distance between the two residences is only 48 feet. I obtained written statements from all parties involved and told them a
report would be sent to the Prosecutor's Office for review.

evening. Miranda wanted to move back into William's residence. William did not want Miranda to come back to the residence.
William had no contact with Miranda since approximately 3:00 am that morning. Deputies obtained a written statement from
William.
Deputy Knecht and R/O spoke with Miranda about the incident. Miranda. Miranda did not provide any proof that she had
spoke with William that morning. Miranda did not have any damage to her vehicle's tires. Miranda was upset with William's new
girlfriend. After Deputies spoke with Miranda, Miranda Barr, D.O.B. 4-19-82, was issued a summon to appear in Southern District
Court on one count of Making False Alarm.

Doris Dehene reporting she entered into a verbal agreement with a Karen Torch to rent to buy the above property in July 2014.

Since that time, Karen is reported to have fallen behind in rent to the point in January 2015 she was served with eviction papers.
On Friday January 16, 2015 Doris returned to the property to find Karen and her family had moved out. Doris now has discovered
that items including a computer, TV. deep freezer and lamp missing from inside the home. Doris also discovered several standing
trees had been cut and stacked on the property. The trees appeared to have been cut by a tree harvester and moved with logging
equiptment. I provided statement forms to be completed and also obtained the contact information for Karen Torch. I attempted
to contact her by the number given but it appeared not to be a working number. I will attempt to locate a better number to contact
her with. Upon gathering statements I will review with prosecutors office for a determination if this is a criminal or civil matter.

Dispo: Upon arrival r/o spoke with Michelle Hayhurst who showed r/o 13 text messages from Kevin Materna (father of her child) in
which he text he was going to kill her. He was upset because someone allegedly called Job and Family Services on his girlfriend.
Kevin has a warrant for his arrest out of Stark County. R/o and New Phila PD went to his residence but he would not answer the
door.

Deputies Stocker and Shott responded to 5811 Main St S.E. in the village of Roswell that was determined to be the correct
location. Upon arrival, and upon making contact with the tenants who were identified as 17 year old Kaitilyn Myers and Darron L.
Hamilton a strong odor of marihuana could be smelled emanating from inside the home. After being invited inside Mr. Hamilton
was questioned in regards to the odor. Mr. Hamilton admitted to smoking the substance. Mr. Hamilton then relinquished a pipe, a
grinding device and a small bag of marihuana. This case in under further investigation.
