Dispo: Detective Valdez responded to the location and located the items in question, he requested that Holmes County Sheriff's
Office respond with their meth lab clean up team. I Deputy Limbacher having just come on duty was requested to stand by at the
scene and await the arrival of the Holmes County personnel. Upon the arrival of the Holmes County Meth Lab Response Team, it
was determined that the items were not remnants of a meth lab, and not found to be dangerous. the items were removed from the

work and there were no lights on it also. Last evening it was reported that David left with the bike and possibly rode to Canton.
The bike was returned to Davids home this morning by his uncle who picked him up in canton. I explained to Patricia that a
bicycle did not fall under unauthorized use. I also asked her if the bike was now on Davids porch, next year, go get same. I did
verify that the bike was on Davids porch and Patricia did retrieve same.

Dispo: Edward Martin III advised his soon to be ex-wife, Amanda Martin (age 32, Cambridge), came to his residence and stole
items from the garage. While in the garage she allegedly damaged his current girlfriends car. The new girlfriend, Donna Bland,
managed to video the alleged incidents on her cell phone.
Later in the shift r/o was able to locate Amanda Martin. She admitted to the incident. She was arrested and incarcerated at the
jail for Breaking and Entering, Theft, Criminal Damage, Tampering with evidence. She will be held pending her arraignment.

over the walls. Mr. Levengood also advised this type of unruly behavior has been going on for a while. Units then went downstairs
to talk with Derek learning he left the residence on foot. Mr. Levengood advised he has done this in the past and usually returns a
short time later. While units checked the area Derek returned back home. Contact was then made with Derek advising he got

Lori Windle contacted Dispatch and advised of a dispute between Lori and her mother-in-law Patty Harmon that took place at
Lori's former residence on Hardy Ridge.
Responding unit spoke with Lori at the Sugarcreek Police Department and she advised the following: Lori and her husband are
going through a divorce and Lori does not have custody of there 3 children, she only has visitation every other weekend. Lori was
returning the children to the Hardy Ridge address where her mother-in-law Patty Harmon is now residing. When she dropped the
Children off, Lori had the two youngest children Faith who is 10 yrs old and Emmitt who is 8 yrs old. The oldest child Tricia is 13
yrs old and did not got with Lori this weekend. Lori took the children to the door and when Patty opened the door Lori asked if she
could talk to Tricia and Patty advised that Tricia did not want to speak with Lori and Patty went to shut the door. As Patty was
shutting the door Lori tried to push the door open, Patty then again tried to shut the door. As both parties were pushing on the door
Patty hand slipped off the door and made contact with Lori. At that point Lori left the residence and went to Sugarcreek Police
Department and called our office.
Neither party wished to pursue and charges at this time. Both parties were advised of the following that going forward when Lori is
dropping off the children she will remain in her vehicle and Patty will remain in the residence, and that Lori is not welcome in the

Ed Miller called the Sheriff's Office at 1:00 pm. Ed advised that his ex-girlfriend Donna Bland had moved out of his residence
today and she had taken several large items that she did not own. Ed also advised that Donna had taken his son's medication.
R/O spoke with Ed. He stated that Donna had taken several furniture and large items from the home when she moved out that Ed
owned. Ed stated that he believed that Donna had also taken his son's medication. Ed was advised that any dispute reference the
property would need to be settled in civil court. As I was speaking with Ed, Donna arrived at the Sheriff's Office.
I spoke with Donna, she advised that Ed is accusing her of take items from the residence that belong to her. Donna advised the
large items and furniture she took, she was the owner. Donna also advised that she had Ed's son's medication. Donna returned
the medication to R/O and advised that she had forgot to leave the medication at the residence. She was advised that all disputes

Received a call from Don Pleis. He advised that sometime in the past week a large amount of wood had been taken from 6515 SR
36. Don advised that he had stored the wood at the location until he was able to use it. Don wished meet a Deputy at the address
on SR 36 on March 22, 2015. On March 22, 2015 at 9:20 am, Don called the Sheriff's Office. He advised he would be able to meet
a Deputy at SR 36 to file a report about the missing wood.
R/O responded and spoke with Don about the incident. Don advised that he had sold some property in the area recently and a
large amount of wood stored at 6515 SR 36 until he could arrange to move the wood. Don advised the property owner advised him
that employees of the neighboring business had asked about purchasing the wood.
R/O spoke with the Vice President of the neighboring business. He made some calls and found that an employee had taken
the wood because he believed the material was unwanted. The company agreed to return the wood to Don. Don advised he did
not wish to pursue any charges at this time.

Caller reporting her neighbors are shining lights into her residence.
Dispo: Writer spoke with Dianne advising while in her bedroom she saw a laser light shine into her bedroom. While talking with
Dianne, she pointed out to me a bright circler beam moving around in camera three. Writer then went outside to investigate
learning the suspected clear circler light was being caused from a single string of a web moving from the wind. Writer informed her
of same and reviewed some video footage from earlier where she claims the neighbors are signing colored laser lights/ bright
flash lights towards the residence. After reviewing same writer was unable to see anything she was describing or any evidence
pointing to the neighbors that live behind her. The only thing observed was head lights and tail lights from vehicles traveling on
French Hill Rd and on the neighbors long drive way that runs right beside her residence back to theirs. Writer also checked around
the area and the woods on foot observing nothing suspicious.

BARKING DOGS
Received a call that dog at 2362 Goshen Hill Road had been barking continuously. The caller did not wish to give their name, they
request a Deputy speak with the owner of the dogs.
R/o responded to the area and spoke with Mr. Byers. He advised the dogs in question are owned by his son Cory Byers. Mr.
Byers advised he would contact his son and ask if something can be done with the dogs to keep them quiet. Mr. Byers was able to
quiet the dogs down prior to R/O leaving the scene.

and said he was having difficulty breathing. He stated he was going to drive to the Hospital. Marsha called the Hospitals around
05:30 and none have reported him being treated. She called our office because she was concerned he did not make it to a
Hospital from medical reasons. Central Dispatch also contacted the Hospitals and confirmed Fred is currently not being treated.
While patrolling the area attempting to locate his vehicle, Dispatch called and stated Fred is at Union Hospital. I returned to the

short later Christopher came up to their apartment and knocked on their door. Georgina advised when she opened it Christopher
called her a bitch and requested to talk with James about this matter before starting a disturbance. Georgina advised after
Christopher stepped back into the hallway she shut the door on him and then Christopher opened the door continued to try to start
a fight with James. Units then spoke with Christopher advising after getting a text message from Georgina finding out the remote
controller won't work he went up to Georgina and James apartment to find out what was going on. Christopher advised when he
did Georgina and James started to cause problems with him. Christopher advised during this James tried to start a physical fight
with him and he left before anything happened. Christopher also denied opening their door to go inside and advised they were the
ones causing a disturbance with him. After talking with everybody no one wish to pursue the matter and all were advised to have

Received a call from the Tuscarawas County Humane Society. They advised that Tabitha Hartline was at their facility on Tall
Timber Road causing problems. Tabitha believed that The Tuscarawas County Humane Society refused to return to dog to her.
Deputies responded to the Humane Society and spoke with Tuscarawas County Humane Society staff and Tabitha. Tabitha
stated that her dog was at the facility and the staff refused to return her dog. Tuscarawas County Humane Society staff advised
that Tabitha's dog was not at their facility at that time. Tuscarawas County Humane Society staff advised that this incident is an
ongoing issue with Tabitha and her family. The requested that Hartlines not return to their property or they would press charges
against them. Deputies advised Tabitha that she would need to pursue the matter through civil court. Tabitha was also advised
that she and her family were not welcomed back on the property at the Humane Society, if they returned they would be charged
with Criminal Trespassing. Tabitha understood how to handle the issue and left the property without incident.

Received a call from Cindy Brown. She advised that she was inside her son's residence, Jay Septor, on Apartment Drive in
Midvale. Cindy found Kristin Amos sleeping inside the residence. Cindy believed that Kristin has an active warrant for her arrest
and requested Deputies respond to the residence. While Deputies were en route to the residence, Cindy advised that Kristin had
fled the area on foot. Cindy was able to provide a clothing description of what Kristin was wearing and a possible direction Kristin
was heading toward.
Deputies responded and began checking the area. Deputies were unable to locate Kristin in the area. R/O spoke with Cindy
about the incident. Cindy stated that she had come to the residence to do some cleaning after she had taken Jay to work. Cindy
walked inside the residence and found Kristin inside the residence. Cindy attempted to block Kristin from leaving the residence.
Kristin assaulted Cindy and then left through a living room window. Cindy advised she did wish to press charges against Kristin for
assault.
R/O spoke with Jay Septer, he confirmed that Kristin was at his residence when he left for work that morning. R/O will forward

Duane Wilbur reporting that an individual who identified himself as working for Publisher's Clearing House called his residence. He
finds this to be suspicious and would like a return call.
Dispo: I made contact with Mr. Wilbur who states that he is currently working out of the area and had received a request from his
wife to call. Upon calling his wife, Mr. Wilbur states that an individual identifying himself as being employed by Publisher's Clearing
House relayed that he would be at the couple's residence tomorrow (3/20/15) at approximately 1545 hrs. with a Lincoln and $2.5
million.
Mr. Wilbur finds this to be suspicious because in 1992 he had an altercation with some individuals and his house mysteriously
burnt down. Approximately two weeks ago, Mr. Wilbur had contact with one of those individual's siblings and now believes that the
Publisher's Clearing House call could be related.

Cox Jr, was sending her harassing text messages. This irritated the new boyfriend who got on her phone and was
harassing/threatening Stephen back. Anna said they had made a formal complaint in the past with Beach City PD and does not
know the results. However they were contacted by New Phila PD accusing them of harassment and told to stop. Now today
Stephen started again. R/o explained to Anna how to get a restraining order or a protection order. She was also instructed to
contact her service provider and block the number. He new boyfriend was instructed to stop his harassment/threats or face
criminal charges. He understood.
R/o made phone contact with Stephen Cox Jr and listened to his side of the story. He was instructed to stop the texting as Anna
did not wish to speak with him; that's why he's the ex. If she wished to contact him in the future she could find his name and

stated that he believed that the bags could have been possibly dropped on his property sometime during the night, because they

businesses. The Union Township trustees, were contacted and they were going to respond and take possession of the trash and

While on patrol I, Deputy Limbacher was traveling South on State Route 416 in Goshen Township and noticed that an unattended
fire was spreading in the grass near the residence at 2533 State Route 416 S.E. and starting to burn the skirting at the bottom of
the mobile home. A passerby had apparently noticed the fire at the same time and stopped to assist in alerting the residents of the
home.
Dispo: I requested that Central Dispatch have the appropriate fire department dispatched to the scene. Myself and the homeowner
extinguished the fire, and upon the arrival of New Philadelphia Fire Department the saturated the area with water and dismantled
the skirting of the mobile home to confirm there was not any fire under the home. Once it was confirmed that the fire was

Dispo: While sitting stationary on N. Wooster Ave at 4th St in the City of Dover, I observed the vehicle in front of me, a black Ford
Explorer (OH Reg FZX4735) approach the red light at 4th St and travel through it without stopping.
I initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver as Melvin L. Swauger (OLN RT068854) and his passenger as
Amanda D. Dryden (OLN RU093239).
After investigation, Melvin was arrested for OVI and incarcerated in the Tuscarawas County Jail on an 8 hour hold. Amanda was
also arrested and incarcerated in the Tuscarawas County Jail on an 8 hour hold for Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication.

from an unknown person. Diane advised this has been going on for a while and occurs at all times of the day now. After watching
security video footage writer was unable to see any type of a laser light being shined towards the residence like she described.
Writer also checked around the residence and stood in the woods observing nothing suspicious in the area.
