The complainant is present. The Public Authority is represented by Mr. KKA Sorte, Ramnaresh, Vikram Singh, Manoj Kumar. FACTS: 2. Complainant through his RTI application dt. 22.4.2013 is seeking information with regard to engagement of guest teacher during 2010­11 relating to the number of working days counted for remuneration etc. 3. 4. Being unsatisfied with the information furnished, the complainant made first appeal. 5. FAA by his order dt 22.7.2013 upheld the CPIO reply. 6. Being aggrieved by the FAA order, the complainant made this complaint before the Commission.
DECISION
7. Both the parties made their submissions. The complainant submitted that the respondent authority has delayed the payment of his dues for the past 3 years and he is facing lot of hardship. On the other hand, the respondent authority brought to the notice of the Commission, its earlier order in file No.CIC/AD/A/2013/000476­SA dated 1­12­2014 in Attar Singh Kaushik Vs. DOE, wherein the Commission directed the respondent authority to conduct an inquiry u/s 18(2) of the RTI Act to find out reasons and officer responsible for the delay in payment of remuneration to the appellant Mr. Attar Singh Kaushik. As the present complainant’s case is also similar to the said case, they have clubbed his case with the said case, and are conducting inquiry which is supposed to be over by the end of January, 2015. As the said inquiry shall also consider compensating the complainant by payment of interest on the due amount from the date of due to the date of payment, besides reimbursing the expenditure appellant incurred in visiting the respondent authority’s office, the respondent authority assured the Commission, that they will comply with the same directions in the case of the present complainant. 4. Accordingly the Commission directs the respondent authority to comply the same directions as given in file No.CIC/AD/A/2013/000476­SA and share with the copy of the inquiry report and action taken report with the complainant within two months of the receipt of this order under intimation to this Commisison. The complaint is disposed of accordingly
