We had great crowds every night. Especially thank those that sang in the choir. o Sunday, February 22 This is our winter high attendance day so we want to pull out all the stops for this Sunday. Junior Hill will be with us so it will be a great opportunity to invite our friends. It is also Pastor Monroe’s birthday. He wants us all to bring him a gift – a guest! TEACHER ENLISTMENT DINNER Thursday, February 26 at 6:30 PM in the Dining Hall Our goal in 2015 is to enlist, train, and employ a new generation of Sunday School teachers at FBT. You (the teacher) are invited to attend this special dinner but you can only attend if you bring a potential teaching candidate with you. We will use the dinner to challenge them to consider serving and to enlist them for training. Please RSVP to Jeff when you confirm that you will be attending with someone. DISCOVERING GENUINE PROSPECTS The first step in growing a Sunday School class is to build a solid prospect base. Without prospects there is no opportunity for growth. Prospecting emphasis: Begins this Sunday and will run through February 22. We will be emphasizing each week building the prospect files within each class. Each class will develop their own prospect notebook, with the class members being encouraged to submit information on prospects that are in their world. You will hold onto your notebook during the week. Please stick to the application section of your lesson! We want everyone to hear the same message each week. EVERY BELIEVER A WITNESS This week in your class ask the following: Who has had an opportunity to share their story, give out a tract, or pray for a server since Wednesday night? (This is actually your lesson intro.) DO NOT share your story with your class. We will be working on our testimonies on Wednesday nights and then will share our stories with our classes on the same day. For the next several weeks, please bring a written copy of your testimony to our Wednesday meetings! MISCELLANEOUS Wedding anniversaries: We are beginning to recognize anniversaries in the morning service only if flowers have been given for the occasion.
