Men’s President
A big thank you to MK Floors for their sponsorship of the Invitation Pairs over the last 5 years
and especially to Tim Quinn, who put in countless hours of work to ensure its success. This
has become the premier pairs tournament in
Queensland and Tim can now sit back and relax and enjoy his legacy.
We have had some outstanding bowlers win
the tournament over the years, such as Kiwi
internationals Peter Bellis and Andrew Todd
and our own Fred Diamond and the enigmatic
Ian Taylor. Now to be known as the North
Shore Realty Invitation Pairs, the tournament
will be held on 24 & 25 January.
Night Pennant
Another Night Pennant flag has been added to
our collection after a comprehensive 4—1 win
over arch rivals Kawana. Congratulations to
all the players who took part and went through
the season undefeated.
Club Championships
We are now at the pointy end of the Championship Singles with the Semi Finals and Final
being played on Saturday 3 January from
9.30am.
