Programme of events Saturday • Veteran Car Club road run and display • Informal display of classic vehicles • Period Hornby model railway running round the library Saturday afternoon • 6pm Classic Vehicle Road Run of about 30 miles over the Yorkshire Wolds, stopping for refreshments at a local Inn • 8:00pm Barbecue, bring your own food • 8:30 onwards - Soul Fingers - Music in the marquee. Free overnight camping is available – there are limited facilities Sunday • • • • • • 10am until 4pm - NECPWA Classic Vehicle Rally Autojumble Vintage bicycles. Model Railway in the House 12:30pm Judging of the Classic vehicles 3:30pm Prize giving and photographs in the arena Please note Sledmere House has kindly given all rally entrants a discounted charge from £3 to £1.50 to enter the house. Please show your rally plaque to claim the discount. An excellent range of food and refreshments are available from the Sledmere House Café and the refreshment tent on the rally field. Conditions of Entry 1. All entries at the discretion of the NECPWA events committee 2. Entries are restricted to cars over 20 years old 3. Closing date for entries is 31st May 2015 4. Free camping but please note there are limited facilities 5. Entry fee is £4 per vehicle and covers admission into the grounds for the weekend 6. Late entries accepted at the discretion of the organisers, an admission charge of £10 will apply and will not be eligible for judging.
