Dusting the furnishing of the church - altars, pews, kneelers, organs etc
Tidying of the three vestries
Tidying of the foyer tables, emptying and washing the water jug and glasses (leave in Preparation
Room).
Removal of the vases to the Preparation Room (only if you can carry them). The Flower Ladies will
look after them.
Removal of any cobwebs inside and outside of the Church.
Contact Numbers
Could one person in each team contact the other persons in their team, prior to their time on duty
and arrange a time and possible transport to the Church.
Please contact the office and arrange a time for the Church to be opened. Advise if you need
assistance with removing the vases of flowers to the table.
