A.5 Accreditation
The office of the Organising Committee is at your disposal for any information concerning accreditation. The Accreditation Office is located in
Antholz-Mittertal (see map of the valley). The Carpass distribution takes
place starting Sunday 18th January in the Accreditation Office.

A.6 Liability / Insurance
According to the IBU rule 1.5.1.2 all participants must be in possession of a
sufficient accident, health, and liability insurance. With the Entry by Name
each national Federation confirms to be in possession of the necessary
insurances for damage to persons and properties. The organiser assumes no
liability for damage to persons and properties.
A.7 Import and Export of Rifles and Ammunition, Import of Medicine
Import and export of rifles:
All athletes must fill in the provided forms (UITS declaration) and send
them back to us. The completed forms will be stamped by the Italian
Carabinieri and handed back to you via email. A special revenue stamp
of 16.00 Euro must be put on the weapon import forms. The amount is
to be paid on site.
Import of sports weapons from other EU member states:
For athletes and officials of IBU Member Federations within the
European Union who carry a weapon with them, it is sufficient to own
a European fire-arm certificate and a proof of participation (official
invitation).
A.8 Mobile radio equipment
The import, export and use of mobile radio equipment is free of charge.
A.9 Rules Concerning Medicines
When crossing the Italian boarder on request you have to prove your
personal need of the drugs carried with you. Please check the customs
regulations with the responsible Italian agencies in your country in time.
A.10 Waxing truck
National teams arriving with their own waxing truck are requested to
send the OC all relevant information (weight, length, width, height,
needs of electricity, day of arrival, day of departure) via email by
11th September 2014

A.11 VISA-Regulations and Applications
Il Visas are issued to all athletes and team staff (coaches, staff). The
application for the visa must include an accurate list of names, dates
of birth, and the reason of travelling (athlete, coach etc.) and must be
sent by the national federation to the Organising Committee in Antholz,
which sends an application to the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI).
CONI then sends an invitation to the Italian Embassy of the applying
country. We remind you that the application for visas must be forwarded no later than 30 days before departure from your home country.
Please note that the invitation must be requested with the OC
Antholz. Regarding any details, please contact the OC Antholz.
All national teams are asked to submit the official invitation and
the confirmation of participation to the BMW IBU World Cup Biathlon 2015 in Antholz to the Italian Embassy or Italian Consulate
in order to receive the visa with the possibility of re-entering the
country. People who travel with the team but are not members
of the team must apply for a tourist visa. The OC Antholz cannot
apply for such visas to the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI). In
order to avoid difficulties at the borders please obtain the visas
for Italy and the transit visas for all other countries bordering with
Italy before leaving your own country.
The following IBU Member Federations require a visa to enter Italy:
ALG, ARM, BLR, BIH, CHN, GEO, GUM, IND, IRI, KAZ, KGZ, LIB,
MAR, MKD, MDA, MGL, PUR, RUS, SRB, UKR, UZB.

B Logistics
B.1 Logistics Office
The Logistics Office is located in the main building at the Biathlon
Stadium (1st floor).
B.2 Accommodation
At request the team-accommodation is arranged by the OC: All
teams must pay their complete accommodation expenses (including
free spots) directly at the hotel. Credit cards are accepted.
The accommodation must be booked together with the IBU-Online-Registration by Number (within 22.12.2014).
The booking of accommodation is binding after sending the online
reservation form – IBU-Online-ENTRIES BY NUMBER/LODGING AND
TRANSPORTATION - RESERVATION. In case of a later non-occupation
of the booked accommodation without cancelling it by no later than
5th January 2015, the registering federation will be charged with
the costs incurred.
For earlier departs, belated arrivals, autonomously accorded
switches, changes of reservations, cancellations, notice must be
given within 5th January 2015. All additional costs arising from any
change after this date must be paid by the registering federation.
These variations of the bookings cannot be regarded by the OC.
Coaches and technicians who have lunch at the stadium may book
the accommodation with half board. Such arrangements must be
made directly with the hotels.

B.3 Accommodation expenses
Prices for board and lodging (bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner plus
one drink per meal) are indicated per day and per person in a double
bedroom:
Category B (Hotels H H , B&Bs)
Price for full board: E 70,00 person in double room
An additional surcharge of + € 10,00 applies for single room reservations.
Category A (Hotels H H H ,H H H H ) price on request
An additional surcharge of + € 10,00 applies for single room reservations.
Please note these are only price indications and can vary according
to the room category or the requests concerning the catering. The
conditions and possibilities of catering are different as well. For this
reason we kindly request all teams to make their booking directly with
the hotel, and clarify the prices, the requests concerning the catering
and the conditions for cancellations, in order to avoid misunderstandings at the moment of the settlement of the bill.
B.4 Accommodation for the top 25
According to the IBU competition the Organising Committee Antholz
takes on board and lodging expenses (max. 7 days) for the best 25
male and 25 best female athletes according to the top rankings of the
World Cup Total Scores at the end of December 2014.
The OC Antholz pays accommodation expenses at a rate of 70.00 € per
night, which corresponds to the price of a hotel of the category B. If a
team wishes to stay in a hotel of a higher category, the price difference
has to be paid by the team itself.

The reimbursement of the free accommodation costs/full board
will be paid at the Race Office only if the total amount of the team
is not higher than 1,000 €. Teams reimbursements higher than
1,000 € must be paid to the national federation by bank transfer.
The team leader is asked to give the bank details (IBAN, Swift) to
the OC.
B.5 Transport
The OC offers a free pick-up service to all teams from and to the airport
of Innsbruck (Austria) and the airport of Verona (Italy). This service is free
of charge only if the entire team makes use of it at once. Single members
requesting transportation will be charged for the service. A pick-up service
from and to the airports of Milan and Munich can be organised and will be
charged for accordingly.
Transport service on site:
There will also be no charge for transport from the hotel to the Biathlon
stadium for all those teams who do not have an own vehicle.
B.6 Team Leader Meetings
The Team Leader Meetings and bib draws take place in the meeting
room in the service building at the Biathlon Stadium.

B.9 Prize Money
According to the IBU Rules the prize money is paid to the placements
1-10 and 1-6 (relays) directly by the OC. According to the IBU Rules the

the OC. For this reason the concerned athletes must indicate their bank
details (name, full address, IBAN code, SWIFT code) to the Race Office.
The bank transfer is completed after receipt of the bank details.
B.10 Anti-Doping Control Station
The anti-doping control station is
located in the service building of the
Biathlon Stadium.
B.11 WiFi
On the occasion of the BMW IBU
World Cup Biathlon 2015 at the Antholz biathlon centre a wireless local
area network will be at your disposal.
The bar code number on your accreditation is the access code to the free
use of the net.
B.12 Team Catering
Like in the past, the Antholz OC offers
a catering for all team members in the
Team-Catering (IBU Family Club) on
the ground floor of the hospitality tent.
Access is granted with the team accreditation. The team catering is open
every day from 9 am to 5 pm starting
