Note:
1) Students who are interested to participate in Literary and Cultural Activities have to do the registration.
Registration is necessary to take part in the competitions.
2) Registrations can be mailed to [email protected]
3) Separate registration is needed for each event.
4) Specify event name in the subject.
5) Detailed information like Name, Roll No., Branch etc., have to be mentioned in the mail in the following
format.

6) Registrations have to be done by 4 p.m , a day prior to the respective event.
(Ex: If an event is scheduled on 28th Jan, registrations should be completed by 4 p.m. on 27th Jan)
7) Minimum No. of participants for individual events is Ten & for Team events is Six. (3 members in
each Team)
8) On the spot entries will not be entertained for any competitions under any circumstances.
9) Venues may be changed, if not available, and the changes will be notified.
10) Topics for the events will be displayed on the Main Notice Board on the day of the event.
11) The decision of the committee is final and binding, in the conduct of various competitions / events.
12) For any other details / information / clarification, students can contact Dr. D. Kavitha, Convener,
Literary & cultural Committee and Professor in Computer Science Engineering Department or Dr.
B.J.S. Varaprasad, Co-Convener, Literary & cultural Committee and Associate Professor in Civil
Engineering Department.
Only those students who participate in the competitions will be considered for selection, for
performing in the Entertainment Programmes on Annual day on 22nd February 2015.
