For our manufacturing plant in Mezzovico (CH), we are searching for a Technical Assistant Plant Manager (m/f) Position duties and responsibilities • Project Lead and / or Project Management for strategical and multidisciplinary initiatives • Preparation of strategies and concepts • Activities of analysis to support decision making of Plant Manager • Represent the plant / Plant manager in specific international project teams • Minor administrative support for Plant Manager Education and professional experience • Master degree in Engineering (Biomedical Engineering is preferred) • Fluency in English is mandatory • Experience in medical devices’ field • Additional specific training: project management with proven track of successful implementation of relevant projects within Quality / Operations • Proven experience of project management on strategical topics • Analytical skills, interdisciplinary approach • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization • Experience to work in an international environment • Capacity to work in great autonomy on complex tasks DePuy Synthes offers great visibility to the employees.
