keelde ja 5. aastat õpetab eesti keelt Chicago Eesti
Majas. Merike Adams on Chicago Eesti Kooli taasasutaja aastal 2008 ja töötas kooli juhatajana ja eesti
keele õpetajana aastatel 2008-2014.

The Instructor
Merike Adams has a Master's Degree in Finno-Ugric
languages and teaching from University of Tartu.
She has worked in Estonia as an elementary school
and middle school teacher, and has translated books
and texts from English and German into Estonian,
and for the 6th year she is teaching Estonian at
Chicago Estonian House. Merike Adams is the refounder of Chicago Estonian School (2008) where
she worked as Principal and Estonian teacher until
2014.

Estonian Language class
for beginners starts on
March 1st, 2015!
Saame kokku 6 korda. Õpime sõnavara, hääldust,
natuke grammatikat, väljendeid ja võtame need
kohe ka kasutusele!
We will be learning vocabulary, pronunciation, a little
bit of grammar, phrases, and apply them to everyday
language usage. No Estonian knowledge required.
Tunnid toimuvad 1.,15. ja 29. märtsil,
19. aprillil, 3. ja 17. mail kell 11:00-12:00
