DIRECTIONS to Franklin Commons:
From Philadelphia: Follow Rt. 76 west to Rt. 422
west. Take the Oaks Exit- turn left at bottom of ramp
onto Egypt Road. Follow to end (blinking light) and
turn left onto Bridge Street (Rt 29 South.) Turn right
onto Gay Street, go over bridge and Franklin Commons
is 6 blocks on left between Grant and Fillmore Streets.
From Pottstown/Reading/Collegeville(Rt 29):
Take 422 E.
Take the PA-29 S exit towards
Phoenixville. Merge onto S Collegeville Rd/PA-29
(Continue to follow PA-29.) Continue on Bridge Street.
Turn right onto Gay Street, go over bridge and Franklin
Commons is 6 blocks on left between Grant and
Fillmore Streets.
From Collegeville/Limerick/Royersford (via Route
113): Follow Rt. 113 South (Trappe Road) Towards
Phoenixville. Go under Rt. 422 and past Black Rock
Road. Continue to follow signs for Rt. 113 South. Turn
Left to stay on Rt. 113 at 5-way intersection (2nd Ave. is
on right.) Go over the Schuylkill River and continue
approximately 1.3 Miles and make a right onto Fillmore
Street. Continue on Fillmore Street and turn left onto
Franklin Avenue. Franklin Commons is on right
between Grant and Fillmore Streets.
From Malvern/Great Valley and South: Follow Rt.
29 North to Phoenixville. At Rt. 23 (Nutt Rd.) bear left
onto Main St. (Not a hard left onto Nutt Rd.) Follow
Main St. through town and take a left on Bridge St. Turn
right onto Gay Street, go over bridge and Franklin
Commons is 6 blocks on left between Grant and
Fillmore Streets.

Public Art Curator & Consultant
Marsha Moss’ professional career is centered in the
field of public art. She has served as a public art
curator and consultant for significant clients such as
The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and the
Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, and is
currently working with SEPTA Art in Transit
Program, Penn Medicine, the Philadelphia City
Planning Commission, The Delaware River
Waterfront Corporation and the Philadelphia Family
Court. Moss is Director of Sculpture Outdoors and
Founder/Director of The Artfront Partnership.

ENTRANT AGREEMENT:
I, the undersigned artist, hereby declare my intention to
exhibit my artwork, as described in my SlideRoom entry
form, at Franklin Commons, Phoenixville (FC). Work
to be delivered on April 11, 2015 between 10am-12pm
OR April 13, 2015 between 9am-7pm, and remain
until May 22, 2015. I hereby represent that I am the
owner of the artwork being submitted by me both as to
the artwork’s physical manifestation and the copyright
of my artwork. I accept full responsibility for any and all
damage, loss, theft and/or any other casualty of any kind
to my artwork in transit to and from FC. I hereby waive
any and all claims I may have against FC, its employees,
officers, directors and committee personnel. I
understand that my work may not be hung if it fails to
meet minimum professional presentation standards or
arrives damaged. By entering the Artists Equity 66th
Anniversary Members’ Juried Exhibition, I understand
and agree to all conditions set forth in this prospectus.
Submission to SlideRoom site counts as a
signature.
ELIGIBILITY: All members of Philadelphia Tri-State
Artists Equity are eligible. Our records must show that
your membership dues are current in order to
participate. There is never an entry fee for AE exhibits.

SELECTION PROCEDURE: You will be notified of
acceptance by email or phone April 6, 2015.

SALES: Franklin Commons will process all retail sales
of AE artwork, and will retain 30% of retail sales for all
work sold.
PUBLICITY: Unless otherwise specified, AE and
Franklin Commons reserve the right to reproduce work
for the purposes of promoting this and future exhibits.

We are using SlideRoom (www.slideroom.com) an online
submission service. To access our space either click on the
link below or enter the following URL into your browser:

Remember: You must be an Artists Equity member to
submit work to the show. To become a member, go to
our website, www.artistsequity.org, and follow the
directions.
After Login, there will be a “Welcome” greeting on the
next page. Click on the Directory option to access our
current program “66th Anniversary Members’
Juried Exhibition.” Follow the step by step
instructions provided by SlideRoom.and/or visit our
website for detailed directions for submitting your
artwork. Please submit digital photo images (as jpgs) that
are no larger than 5 MB (NOTE: pixels and size in inches
do not matter though SlideRoom recommends that digital
files fit within 1280 X 1280X 72 dpi as a guide.) Each
artist may submit up to three works to the site. If you
experience technical difficulties, send email to

ARTWORK
Midnight March 27
SPECIFICATIONS:
Painting, photography, sculpture, works on paper, mixed
media and fabric art are eligible. Work must be recent and
not have been exhibited previously in any AE exhibit. 2D
work must be professionally presented, properly prepared
for hanging and dry. Work may not exceed 5’ in width
including the frame. No clip frames or uniframes are
permitted. 3D work must be sturdy and stable. Artists are
responsible for supplying their own floor pedestals for 3D
work.
AE and Franklin Commons reserve the right to reject any
entries that do not meet specified requirements.
Dangerous, damaged or poorly prepared work will not be
accepted. No late entries. Accepted work must remain for
the duration of the exhibition. ALL WORK MUST
BE REMOVED BY 12PM May 23, 2015.
