He has been a strong advocate of the model of the Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon, providing comprehensive breast and reconstructive services in the context of today s NHS. He has delivered over 120 national and 80 international presentations on a wide range of reconstructive, training and educational topics, and is the senior author of more than 50 papers and 13 book chapters in his field. Dr. Jean M. Seely Dr. Seely is Head of Breast Imaging at the Ottawa Hospital in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging. She is associate professor with the University of Ottawa, regularly teaching residents and medical students in Ottawa, as well as at meetings nationally and internationally, in breast imaging and chest disease. Dr. Seely has published in the fields of chest and breast radiology, she has written chapters on pleural disease and chest intervention, and review articles on breast MRI. Professor Jerome H Pereira Prof. Pereira is as Consultant Surgeon with a special interest in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery at the James Paget University Hospital. He was a Lead Clinician for the UK National Mastectomy & Reconstruction Audit, Healthcare Commission London the largest study of its kind worldwide. He is Programme Director for a suite of Mastership Degreesin surgery including Oncoplastic Breast Surgery at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, which are the highest qualifications for these specialties at national and international levels. He was the first Consultant General Surgeon in the East of England to provide a full range of breast reconstruction operations. Dr. Julie Claire Doughty Dr. Doughty is a NHS Consultant, University Department of Surgery, Western Infirmary, Glasgow. She has researched on Regional Therapy for Locally Advanced and Recurrent Breast Cancer. Her research interests now are factors predicting early breast cancer recurrence, bone health in breast cancer patients, inflammation and breast cancer, deprivation and its effect on breast cancer and recurrence following the treatment of Ductal Carcinoma Insitu. EMINENT INTERNATIONAL FACULTY Dr. Katy Hogben Dr. Hogben is a Consultant Breast Surgeon specialising in breast and reconstructive surgery. She has been a Consultant Surgeon at Imperial Healthcare University NHS trust since 2006 and is the lead Surgeon for the West of London Breast screening Programme. Dr. Hogben is an Oncoplastic trained surgeon offering immediate and delayed breast reconstruction. She is the Royal College of Surgeons Surgical Tutor at Imperial and training Programme Director for North West Thames Higher Surgical Training. She has been the Meetings Secretary for the Association of Breast Surgery of England since 2013. Professor Samuel John Leinster Prof. Leinster is currently the Emeritus Professor of Medical Education at the University of East Anglia and Honorary Consultant Surgeon at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust. Prof. Leinster has published more than 200 publications in the molecular biology of breast cancer; the psychological impact of breast cancer; risk factors for breast cancer; medical education. Dr. Shaheenah Dawood Dr. Dawood is the Head of Medical Oncology and the Head of the Breast Cancer Program at Dubai Hospital in the United Arab Emirates. Dr. Dawood is a member of various professional organizations, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the American Association of Cancer Research (AACR), the Canadian Association of Medical Oncologists, the Emirates Medical Association, and the Inflammatory Breast Cancer Research Group.
