WEEKLY REFINING INDICATORS REPORT
WEEK ENDING 01/16/2015
Quick Take: Bearish inventory numbers as lower utilization
mostly accounted for the larger than expected crude build
this week. Utilization rates are down 5.5% wk/wk, as the
reduced rates were mostly seen on the East Coast (-9.4%)
and in the Midwest (-8.9%). On the demand front, gasoline
is up 8.7% and distillate is up 12.5% on a Y/Y trailing 4week basis.
