Eligibility of Tenderer
i) The' minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the

construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor
shall be 05(Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of 1FT in
the Newspaper)
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works of at least 03 (Three) contracts of similar
nature, complexity and methods/construction technology i.e. Construction of Building
successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years. Out of which 02 (Two) contracts
of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology i.e. Construction of
Multi Storied/High Rise Building (6 Story or Above) should be successfully completed
within the last 03 (Three) years each with a value of at least Tk. 250 (Two Hundred Fifty)
Lakh. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of 1FT in the Newspaper)
The Certificate issued below the rank of Executive Engineer will not be accepted.
iii) The required average annual construction
turnover shall be greater than Tk 300
(Three Hundred) Lakh over the last 03 (Three) years. (Years counting backward from the
date of publication of 1FT in the Newspaper)
NB. Only Completion Certificate of Construction work will be considered in calculation of
construction turnover. Audit reports related to other works will not consideresd as
construction works. Failing which will lead to rejection of Tender.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the
Tenderer shall be Tk 75 (Seventy Five) Lakh. The Liquid asset certificate issued before
1FT date will not be considered' for evaluation.
